Recruiter

We are expanding rapidly and launching a brand-new office location in Kyiv! We are looking for 3 ambitious Junior Recruiters to join our team. Your primary focus will be high-volume sourcing and hiring for blue-collar positions (warehouses and production facilities).

Because we are growing fast and the pace is dynamic, this role offers a real opportunity for rapid career progression to a Team Lead position.

Job Details

• Salary: 15,000 UAH base + motivating KPI bonuses for filled vacancies.
• Format: Full-time, In-Office only (Kyiv, Monday-Friday). A remote working option is available in case of force majeure.
• Probation Period: 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for factories and warehouses using local job boards
• Conducting initial phone screenings and selecting qualified applicants.
• Maintaining a high volume of outbound calls to close positions quickly and efficiently.
• Managing and updating the candidate pipeline.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Experience: At least minimal prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Communication: Exceptional phone communication skills and a high level of empathy.
• Mindset: A strong results-oriented attitude, high energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (A Huge Plus):

• English Level: Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate. While your immediate focus will be local hiring, our long-term roadmap includes expanding recruitment beyond Kyiv and scaling internationally. Knowing English is a great asset for your future career growth within our company.
