Safety Specialist (US Trucking)

LNG Holding is looking for a proactive Safety Specialist to join our Safety Division. If you have experience in the U.S. trucking industry, enjoy working with drivers, and are passionate about safety and compliance, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver activity through Samsara and fuel transactions.
• Maintain daily communication with drivers regarding safety and operational requirements.
• Educate drivers on company policies, FMCSA regulations, and safety procedures.
• Monitor ELD compliance and assist drivers with logbook-related issues.
• Review driver performance and identify safety concerns or policy violations.
• Issue warnings and safety violations when necessary, and follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Work closely with the Safety Manager to improve overall fleet safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related communications and driver performance.

Qualifications

• English level: B2 (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in U.S. trucking safety, dispatch, or compliance is required.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and driver safety practices.
• ELD knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Regular Shift:

• Monday — Friday I 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST ~$6.25/hour

Evening Shift:

• Monday — Friday I 5:00 PM — 1:00 AM CST ~$6.25/hour

Weekend Hot Shift:

• 12:00 PM — 12:00 AM CST ~$7.00/hour
