What You’ll Do

• Teach fun, structured English lessons to children (ages 4−12) via Novakid’s online classroom
• Follow Novakid’s curriculum and lesson plans while adapting to each student’s level and pace
• Build rapport with young learners and keep them motivated through games, songs, and positive reinforcement
• Provide brief lesson feedback and track student progress in the teacher dashboard
• Maintain a professional, child-friendly teaching environment with a reliable tech setup

Requirements

• English proficiency: C1 level or higher
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any field; education/linguistics preferred)
• Teaching certification: 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/TEYL/CELTA/DELTA or equivalent (strongly preferred; some postings list as required)
• Experience: At least 1 year teaching or working with children (online experience is a plus)
• Tech setup: Stable high-speed internet, HD webcam, headset, and quiet teaching space
• Availability: Minimum 15−20 teaching hours per week, including some weekend slots
• Background check: Clean criminal record / child-safety clearance
