About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Development Representative to support lead generation, market research, and CRM management for a fast-growing IT services company. You will research and qualify prospects, manage customer database activities, and contribute to conversion initiatives in a remote-first, agile environment with no micromanagement. The role is ideal for someone with 0.5−1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation who is eager to grow as a marketing specialist.

Must haves

• 0.5−1 year of experience in sourcing or lead generation
• Ability to Google like a Pro and present research in a structured way
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Intermediate English level
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily
• Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation
• Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset
