Operations Manager

DECIDE is looking for an Operations Manager to join the team!

We are seeking a professional to ensure the effective coordination and supervision of operational processes within the DECIDE project.

Join our team if you have strong organisational skills and are able to manage and optimise dozens of tasks simultaneously.

What You’ll Be Doing

• operational management of project implementation in coordination with the Project Manager and Component Coordinators;
• planning and controlling the use of human, material, and technical resources;
• monitoring the budget, controlling expenditure, and participating in the preparation of financial forecasts;
• ensuring compliance with procurement, reporting, and document archiving procedures;
• preparing analytical papers, progress reports, and briefings on the progress of the project;
• facilitating effective communication between teams, partners, and contractors.

📍 Location: Kyiv-based, with a partially remote format possible.

❗️ The position involves business travel.
