Dispatcher in Moving company

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales manager, Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator or similar position.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions quickly, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications.
• Experience with different kinds of load boards; SmartMoving; Supermove; MoveitPro; Microsoft Excel; Google Sheets; VoIP applications is preffered.
• The ability to quickly learn new software.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

• Household Moving;

• General Freight;

• Delivery Services;

• Different kinds of home services like appliance repair, electrician, plumber, cleaning and handyman services.

Experience working for a U.S. moving company is a strong advantage.

Sales Experience (Preferred)

Because this is a hybrid Operations & Sales Support position, experience in any of the following is considered a plus:

• Answering inbound sales calls

• Following up with leads

• Preparing moving estimates

• Booking moving jobs

• Upselling additional services

• Working toward sales goals and KPIs

Working conditions

Now we are looking for remote workers with:

• Strong internet connection;
• Quiet working place;

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily schedules for moving teams, trucks.

• Monitor active jobs and quickly resolve operational issues.

• Maintain clear communication with customers, crews, and internal departments.

• Keep accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

• Support the Sales Department by assisting with inbound inquiries, estimates, follow-ups, and booking jobs during slower dispatch periods.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with a 5-day workweek.

• Candidates must be able to work during U.S. business hours.

• The work schedule is flexible and will be discussed individually with each candidate based on operational needs and mutual agreement.

• Applicants from any country are welcome, provided they can consistently work within the required U.S. Eastern Time schedule.

Compensation

• Base salary starts at $1,500 per month.

• Performance-based sales commission for successfully booked moving jobs.

• The final compensation package, including base salary and commission structure, will be discussed individually with each candidate based on experience, qualifications, and interview results.
