You will help us scale our widely used, industry-changing product IT Company and our service-side business with constantly growing projects from EU/US.

• Experience closing 2−3 Middle positions per month
• Ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationship with candidates
• Knowledge of full hiring cycle
• Experience using all modern recruitment channels like LinkedIn and Djinni

• Work on a full cycle of IT recruitment and earn a commission
• Work with dedicated Sourcers to minimize routine
• Communicate closely with Hiring Managers
• Conduct research and analyze the job market
• Work on improvements in the recruitment process
• Maintain systematic reporting

• Experience with automation tools
• Good understanding of development technologies and popular frameworks
