E-commerce Team Leader, Project Lead

We are looking for a strong E-commerce Team Leader / Project Lead to build and scale a new international e-commerce business from the ground up.

The project:

• One core product
• Target markets: USA and Europe
• Goal: to build a strong, fast-growing and highly scalable international e-commerce business

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing team
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the US and European markets
• Lead performance marketing, customer acquisition, conversion and retention
• Develop DTC and sales channel strategies
• Manage key KPIs: revenue, CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate and EBITDA
• Test, identify and rapidly scale successful marketing and sales channels
• Take full ownership of the project’s P&L and overall business performance

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in building and scaling e-commerce businesses
• Experience in the US and/or European markets
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and DTC business models
• Ability not only to lead a team, but also to actively build a business from an early stage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, speed of execution and strong focus on results

Compensation: $7,000−10,000 per month, depending on experience and track record.

We are not looking for just an e-commerce manager. We are looking for someone who can become the leader of the entire project and take full ownership of its growth and success.
