Junior Financial Manager

Job purpose

Support the finance function and assist CFO / Financial Controller in daily financial operations, reporting and budgeting processes.

Key responsibilities

Reporting and monthly procedures

• Assist in preparation of monthly cash flow reports and accrual reports;
• Support preparation of rolling forecasts;
• Prepare monthly client billing and monitor invoicing process;
• Assist in preparation of occupancy and debt reports (weekly);

Financial operations support

• Assist in reviewing new agreements from financial perspective;
• Support weekly payment procedures (collecting payment requests, preparing payment lists, tracking approvals);
• Monitor cash balances and support daily cash flow tracking;
• Assist in maintaining financial documentation and internal records;
• Assist in preparation and update of budgets and forecasts;

Candidate profile

• 1−2 years of experience in «Big4»/ finance/ audit;
• University degree in Finance / Audit/ Accounting.
• Strong Excel skills;
• Experience with 1C is an advantage;
• English — upper-intermediate or higher;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• High level of responsibility and self-organization;
• Ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
