We are a fast-growing legal consultancy specializing in high-risk and cutting-edge industries — iGaming, Crypto, FinTech, and Brokerage. We work with startups and large international holdings, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes across Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Communicating with agents, partners, and regulators on behalf of clients
• Preparing corporate documents, internal policies, and legal memoranda
• Registering companies across multiple jurisdictions (Europe, LATAM, Asia, Africa)
• Monitoring legislative updates and proposing relevant adjustments
• Drafting and proofreading contracts
• Independently obtaining gambling and brokerage licenses
• Opening bank accounts and payment system accounts for clients
• Consulting clients under the guidance of senior colleagues

Who We’re Looking For

Must have:

• Higher legal education (final-year students are acceptable)
• English B2 level, fluent in negotiations; Ukrainian and Russian at a fluent level
• Understanding of basic international, corporate, and financial law
• Ability to competently draft basic documents (powers of attorney, simple agreements and contracts)
• Ability to quickly find, structure, and analyze information regarding regulatory requirements in different countries
• Willingness to quickly absorb large volumes of information in High-Risk industries (iGaming, Crypto, FinTech)
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Engagement and proactivity already at the interview stage: asks questions, actively interested in the role, studied the company profile and services
• Ability to receive and process feedback

Nice to have:

• Up to 1 year of consulting experience in high-risk industries (FinTech, iGaming, Crypto, or Investments) or 1 year in general consulting / in-house in IT/FinTech/Crypto company
• Basic knowledge of AML/KYC, GDPR, or the structure of a classical offshore/onshore company
• Direct or indirect experience in company registration and/or obtaining FinTech, iGaming, Crypto licenses, as well as opening corporate accounts
• Motivation to grow in a specific niche: FinTech, iGaming, Crypto, or Investments
