Truck Driver Support Specialist (After Hours)

Вимоги:

• Comfortable communicating with U.S. companies and service providers by phone
• Basic understanding of U.S. trucking terminology
• Mechanical/truck knowledge is a strong plus
• Reliable internet connection and ability to stay online during the entire shift
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Умови роботи:

All hours are in the Ukraine time zone (EET/EEST).

• Monday-Friday: 1:00 AM — 6:00 AM
• Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 PM — 6:00 AM

Schedule is negotiable.

On average, you will receive 3−5 calls throughout the day.

Обов’язки:

• Stay online and available throughout the scheduled shift.
• Answer calls from truck drivers and respond quickly to urgent situations.
• Handle and resolve issues related to:
  • Truck and trailer breakdowns
  • Accidents and roadside emergencies
  • Mechanical issues
  • Towing and roadside assistance
  • Payment-related issues
  • Other unexpected situations that occur during a driver’s shift
• Contact repair shops, towing companies, dealerships, police departments, and other service providers when necessary.
• Find the best solution and coordinate the situation until it is resolved.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and keep them informed.
• Document incidents and pass relevant information to the team.
