A Chicago-based transportation company is currently hiring to join our team:

1. ​ ​Fleet Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator (Remote)

2. OTR driver recruiter (Remote)

Our fleet consists of 27 trucks operating Dry Van, Step Deck, and Flatbed trailers.

This are a remote (work-from-home) positions

Bellow is described each position, responsabilities and details:

1. Fleet Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator (Remote)

​Key Responsibilities:

1. PTI & Vehicle Inspection Management

• Request, review, and verify daily PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) videos submitted by drivers.
• Ensure PTI are completed correctly, thoroughly, and on time.
• Identify defects, damaged components, and items approaching replacement limits.
• Maintain records of reported defects and unresolved issues.
• Follow up on reported defects until repairs are completed and verified.

​2. Component Condition Monitoring

• Monitor the condition of tires, brakes, lights, and other safety-critical components identified during PTI inspections.
• Identify components approaching service or replacement limits.
• Follow up with drivers to ensure necessary repairs are completed before equipment becomes unsafe or non-compliant.
• Maintain records of identified defects and completed repairs.

3. Maintenance Tracking & Coordination

• Track oil changes and annual inspections for all trucks and trailers.
• Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) due dates and overdue services.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments when required.
• Follow up to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed.

​4. Scale & Weight Compliance

• Monitor scale tickets and scaling activity for all drivers.
• Track overweight events and scaling violations.
• Maintain records of scale compliance and exceptions.
• Follow up with drivers and dispatch regarding unresolved scaling issues.

5. Driver Compliance Monitoring

• Monitor ELD compliance and driver log violations.
• Track missing driver signatures and unassigned driving events.
• Monitor speeding events and other telematics-based safety alerts.
• Maintain records of driver compliance events and violations.
• Escalate unresolved compliance issues to management when required.

6. Camera & Equipment Monitoring

• Verify the proper operation of dash cameras and safety camera systems.
• Monitor camera connectivity, recording status, and equipment health.
• Review and verify AI-generated safety events captured by dash cameras.
• Escalate confirmed safety violations to management when required.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of PTIs, DOT inspections, oil changes, annual inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and compliance activities.
• Update maintenance tracking records to ensure service dates and due dates remain current.
• Maintain records of identified defects, completed repairs, and other compliance-related activities.
• Prepare reports for management regarding driver compliance, maintenance status, and outstanding issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in the U.S. trucking industry (required)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of U.S. DOT regulations and compliance requirements
• Basic technical knowledge of commercial trucks and trailers, with the ability to identify common components and recognize visible defects during PTI
• Strong computer skills and experience using spreadsheets, databases, and fleet management software.

Working Hours

3:00 PM — 12:00 AM (UA time)

• $200 per week base salary
• Weekly payments

2. OTR driver recruiter (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone screenings using provided leads and evaluate driver eligibility and qualifications.

Build rapport with drivers and present the opportunity

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OTR drivers

Handle objections and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process

Follow up consistently through calls and texts

Guide drivers through every step of the hiring process

Manage and update applicant tracking and recruitment reports

Review and process leads via Tenstreet and Excel spreadsheets

Perform background checks, including accident and violation history reviews

Qualifications:

Experience in the U.S. trucking industry (required)

Previous recruiting experience (preferred)

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Good knowledge of industry terms: CDL, DOT, LTO, HOS, driver qualification standards

Confident computer skills and experience managing databases

Professional reputation with the ability to build trust with drivers

Working Hours:

3:00 PM — 12:00 AM (UA time)
