Вимоги:

• Native Speaker or C2 English proficiency (flawless pronunciation, clear accent, knowledge of modern idioms).
• Age: 18 to 38 years old.
• 2+ years of online teaching experience.
• Ability to work with students aged 6 to 50 and teach young children from scratch.
• Confident Google meet/zoom user, with experience using Canva / Miro to create interactive lessons.
• Independent lesson preparation (engaging materials, interactive tasks).
• Punctuality, strong communication skills, and high responsibility.
• Responsive communication during work hours while student enrollment and scheduling are ongoing.

Умови роботи:

• 100% remote online work from anywhere in the world.
• Flexible schedule: 5−6 days a week, 4−8 hours per day (mostly during peak hours from 14:00 to 20:00).
• Lesson formats: 30-minute and 60-minute classes.
• Salary: 40,000 — 80,000 UAH / month (depends on the number of completed lessons).
• Timely weekly payouts at the end of every week without delays.
• Steady stream of students and supervisor support.

• Conducting individual online English lessons for children and adults.
• Helping students overcome language barriers and build correct pronunciation.
• Providing short progress updates/reports for parents and adult students.
