About the Role

Freight moves fast, and our sales team depends on someone who can keep eyes on every load in transit. As our Tracking Assistant, you will oversee daily operations — monitoring shipments end-to-end, resolving issues and keeping our systems accurate in real time.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all active loads end-to-end — from pickup confirmation through final delivery;

• Update our CRM in real time so your team always has an accurate view of load status across the board;

• Communicate proactively with drivers to staying updated and prevent any issues;

• Coordinate with internal teams on delayed or problem loads.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate level);

• Proficient computer skills (typing abilities, Windows and Microsoft Office);

• Strong multitasking skill while maintaining a high level of attention to details;

• Organized and responsible;

• Previous experience in the logistics field would be a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based in Lviv city center — remote is not considered.
• Afternoon schedule aligned with US business hours: 15:00 00:00 (with one hour to relocate)
