Tracking Specialist
United Fleet Corp is a Chicago-based logistics company specializing in North American freight transportation with international offices in: Lviv, Ukraine,Tbilisi & Batumi, Georgia, Yerevan, Armenia
We are looking for a Tracking Specialist to join our team in Lviv.
Responsibilities
- Track trucks and shipments in real time
- Communicate with drivers and collect load updates
- Monitor ETAs, delays, detention, breakdowns, and delivery status
- Communicate with dispatchers and brokers
- Update CRM and keep load information accurate
- Handle BOL, POD, and basic tracking documentation
We offer
- $800/month (with annual review)
- Paid training
- Office-based position in Lviv
- Working hours: 14:00−23:00 (Kyiv time)
- Monday-Friday
- Saturday & Sunday off
- U.S. federal holidays off
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Basic computer skills
- Logistics experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
