MARKETING & GROWTH SPECIALIST

Job Description

Part-Time (20 hrs/week), Remote, for a US Company

Clarity Point Virtual Teams is a new remote-staffing line of Clarity Point Consulting, LLC, a US-based company, connecting U.S. small businesses and agencies with vetted talent from Ukraine and other countries. We are launching this business line now and looking for an experienced marketing and growth professional to help build it from the ground up. You will be working directly with the founder on a part-time, ongoing basis.

What you’ll own

Sales & business development

• Set up and manage the outbound sales process, such as sequencing, tracking, and follow-up.
• Research and qualify prospective clients (US small businesses and agencies).
• Help set up and maintain a customer/prospect database (CRM).

Marketing strategy & content

• Build out a marketing plan and go-to-market strategy for the launch.
• Lead PR outreach and positioning.
• Create marketing collateral (one-pagers, pitch materials, sales decks).
• Social media marketing (SMM)
• Write and update website content.
• Create short-form video reels for social/LinkedIn.
• Manage LinkedIn company page content and posting calendar.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, sales operations, or a related field.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Working knowledge of a CRM platform (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience with organic content/growth strategy for a B2B company.
• Strong written communication (marketing copy, PR pitches, and website content).
• Experience working with or for US or European companies/clients strongly preferred.
• Comfortable supporting the production and editing of short-form video content is a plus.
• Self-directed and comfortable owning a function independently as this is a small, early-stage team.
• Prior experience in a startup, agency, or small-business setting is a plus.
• Available for working-hours overlap with US Eastern Time (14:00—18:00 Kyiv Time). On rare occasions, the Specialist may need to attend a meeting between 18:00 and midnight Kyiv time; advance notice will be provided.

Engagement details

• 14:00−18:00 Kyiv Time, Monday-Friday
• 15,000−22,000 UAH for 80 hours a month, depending on experience
• Independent contractor engagement
• Immediate start
