Customer Support Assistant (Remote, English C1 required)

Working hours: Candidates need to be available to cover any of the following shifts:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00—19:00 Kyiv time (8:00—17:00 UK time)
• Monday to Friday, 14:00—23:00 Kyiv time (12:00—21:00 UK time)
• Weekend shifts (flexible)

About Bike Bubl: Bike Bubl is a London-based window cleaning company. Our cleaners travel by bike and use a purified water system, so our service is eco-friendly and chemical-free. We mainly provide regular window cleaning for homes across London, as well as gutter cleaning and pressure washing. The role: You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing and new customers by phone, email and WhatsApp. You’ll help with bookings, price estimates and quotes, questions and account updates, making sure every customer gets a fast, clear and friendly response.

For at least the first six months, the role is fully focused on customer support. After that, there’s the opportunity to take on some sales assistant duties.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer messages and calls by phone, email and WhatsApp
• Answering questions about our services, prices and availability
• Estimating prices and preparing quotes for new customers, using satellite and street view images and our pricing system
• Booking, rescheduling and cancelling cleans, and coordinating with the cleaning team
• Updating customer details and records in our CRM
• Helping with payment and billing questions, and following up on payments
• Checking in with customers after cleans and responding to feedback and reviews
• Resolving day-to-day issues and escalating more complex complaints

Requirements

• English at C1 level or above, written and spoken
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role
• Confident speaking on the phone and communicating by message
• Organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• Able to manage several conversations and tasks at once
• Comfortable using a CRM, email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets
• Friendly, reliable and patient, with a customer-first attitude

Nice to have

• Experience working with UK customers
• Experience preparing quotes or price estimates
• Experience in home services or the cleaning industry
• Interest in developing into a sales role
