About Serve Freight

Serve Freight is a US-based freight broker focused on complex, time-sensitive freight. We’re building our team and office presence in Lviv and looking for an experienced recruiter to help attract the right people and shape a strong local team culture.

The Role

Your primary focus is filling open roles and building a reliable candidate pipeline in Lviv. You’ll work directly with leadership to understand hiring needs, find candidates, and manage the recruiting process from outreach through offer coordination.

As part of a growing company, you’ll also support onboarding, general HR coordination, and office administration as our Lviv presence develops. This role suits someone who enjoys recruiting and is comfortable helping build the team and workplace around it.

What you’ll own

• Source candidates through job boards, local groups, referrals, universities, and schools.

• Write and manage job postings, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews and follow-up.
• Keep an organized hiring pipeline and give leadership clear updates on progress and obstacles.
• Build local relationships that make Serve Freight a recognizable employer in Lviv.
• Help new hires get settled and support team communication, engagement, and culture.
• Support routine HR administration and, as the office develops, practical needs such as supplies and local coordination.

What we’re looking for

• Proven recruiting experience in Ukraine and familiarity with the Lviv talent market.

• Ability to independently manage hiring across several open roles.
• Strong Ukrainian and English communication skills.
• Proactive candidate sourcing, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
• Willingness and organizational ability to handle HR and administrative responsibilities alongside recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for logistics or US-facing teams, supporting HR operations, or helping grow an office is a plus.
