Sales Manager (English, Instagram, TikTok, DM)

Ex-Libris Paris draws custom coats of arms and bookplates by hand, engraved into stamps loved all over the world.

We’re looking for the person who answers our clients on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Warm, fast, and great at turning a chat into a sale.

The job

• answer every DM and comment, fast
• understand what each person wants: a coat of arms, a bookplate, a business request, a collaboration
• follow up with people who went quiet, without being pushy
• when a client orders, make sure our illustrators have the full story

You

• excellent written English (French is a big plus)
• you love beautiful things: books, heritage, illustration
• reliable, quick, and you love talking to people

We offer

• full-time, remote, freelance, 5 days a week (10-hour window, hours agreed together, optional 6th day paid +€45)
• €700/month fixed + monthly bonus on sales: 30 sales +€150, 60 sales +€400, 90 sales +€700

How to apply

2. Your answers to these 5 messages. Reply as if you were Lauren, the artist, in short DM bubbles, in the client’s language:

• «Bonjour, je suis très intéressée par un blason sur mesure. Pouvez-vous m’expliquer comment cela se passe, les délais et les tarifs ?»
• «Hi! I love your work. Do you have a shop in Paris? I’ll be there in two weeks!»
• «Bonjour, vous faites des réductions en ce moment? J’hésite un peu»
• An influencer with 4,800 followers: «I'd love to feature you on my page, could you send me a stamp for free?»
• A public comment under one of our reels: «3 weeks and still no news of my order… is this a scam??»
