Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM EST | Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a professional, personable, and persuasive Customer Success Specialist to join our IT company. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer care, managing incoming calls, and proactively connecting existing customers with our Solutions Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming calls and create tickets appropriately

• Call existing customers to schedule consultations with our Solutions Specialists
• Create and execute assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments and technicians
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Communicate confidently and professionally while using strong persuasion skills to guide customers toward appropriate solutions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service, receptionist, call center, sales, or similar experience required
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Great Customer Care and Satisfaction skills
• Ability to confidently persuade and influence customers without being pushy
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Good judgment, common sense, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a natural «smile in your voice»
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
