Product designer specializing in SaaS onboarding, conversion funnels, and subscription UX. I design product experiences that
move people from "just looking" to actually using and paying for what they came for. My work covers the full user journey: quiz
and onboarding flows, paywall and subscription logic, upsell architecture, A/B testing, and email sequences. I work closely with
copy, not just visuals, because at the conversion layer the two are inseparable. Beyond design, I'm involved in analytics, funnel
performance tracking, growth strategy, and direct client communication. I can also edit and improve live interfaces directly,
without waiting on a developer.

EXPERIENCE

Product Designer · DBC: Digital Business Card Jan 2024 – Present · Remote · Full-time
SaaS product for personal and team digital business cards (B2C and B2B). Sole designer, working directly with the CEO and
developers. Built the product from scratch, starting from a blank Figma page. Own end-to-end product design: UX, UI, product
copy, analytics, and growth.
Designed the core acquisition funnel: quiz → personalized card preview → paywall → checkout → two-step upsell with
downsell logic.
Designed and ran A/B tests across the funnel and email campaigns (discount depth, paywall copy, onboarding steps) — the
winning paywall variant doubled conversion to purchase (2x).
Built the post-purchase upsell architecture (subscription add-on + one-time purchase with downsell), including pricing
presentation and UX copy.
Designed B2B team management: member roles, invitations, card sharing flows, admin-controlled templates.
Created and maintain email marketing sequences (onboarding, re-engagement, grace/blocked states) with segmentation logic
— ~10% of recipients complete a purchase after receiving the sequence.
Primary audience is 50+ small business owners: design decisions grounded in accessibility (44px tap targets, WCAG AA
contrast, plain language, recognition over recall).
Work hands-on with the live product UI using Claude Code (via VS Code) and verify flows with TestFlight; specs handed to
developers are implementation-ready.

UI/UX Designer · The Frontend Company Oct 2023 – May 2026 · Remote · Part-time
Part-time role held in parallel with DBC — both companies are led by the same CEO, who later founded DBC.
Designed interfaces across various platforms, from wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes ready for
development handoff.
Created websites, dashboards, pitch decks, and presentations for client projects.
Ran customer development interviews and UX audits to ground design decisions in user needs.
Prepared project estimates covering scope, timeline, and design effort.
