extraordinary ability visas in the US and the UK. My core responsibilities revolved around
building visa petitions for clients pursuing O-1A, EB-1A, and UK Global Talent visas.
My work started with a full assessment of each client’s profile, mapping what they had,
what was missing, and how to position it for the specific visa criteria. From there, I ran
discovery calls, wrote the petitions and personal statements, and built out the evidence
base: publications, citations, media coverage, salary benchmarks, and awards. I wrote
recommendation letters individually for each recommender, with a different voice and
