I am a fourth year student in Lviv Polytechnic National University on specialty “Internet of Things” and I am looking for various skills development in layout sites. My main interests are HTML/CSS + clean JS. This is closer to Frontend development. I am also considering Devops, because I am interested in network analysis, but to a lesser extent, because it requires serious knowledge of theoretical material.

“Internet of things” student. During 7 semesters I studied these professionally oriented subjects: Web technologies (HTML/CSS, JS, React), Algorithms and data structures (C/C++, Python, Java), Operating Systems (Linux, Docker), Databases (SQL), Computer Networks, Cloud Computing, Mobile Development (e.g. Flutter), Automation testing, UI/UX, Microeconomics in the IT industry and Team Work.

ABOUT ME

• I started developing in the field of IT while studying only in the first year at the Lviv Polytechnic. But it was in the middle of the second year that the understanding of the program and the current areas and subjects related to IT came. In the 2nd year, I began to read more of the necessary material, in particular, in the largest amount on typesetting and web programming. It helped to do laboratory work and my work. Practice was present. I did not prefer and didn’t understand C/C++. Therefore, I looked at other programming languages that are easy to understand.

• In the process of studying operating systems, I understood the features of Linux and learned to work perfectly with the terminal, learning the input commands.

• I am currently working on developing HTML page structures and specifying cascading style sheets for them. I am learning to read and understand layouts correctly. Accordingly, I started working with the Figma service. I use adaptive. JS in my case is primarily related to the need to complete something for layout (language base, DOM, events and forms). I mostly don't work with React.

• I read various useful sources. My motto: “It is better to know one thing well than ten more or less”.
