URALSIB BANK Moscow 2021. In the role of commercial director of an esports holding Cyberia, I
participated in the creation of the first Russian esports tournament, Banks Against IT (cyber-battle.ru), as
a startup, in coordination with the management of Uralsib Bank (Top 10 Russian Bank).
I organized direct communication with the HR and HR brand management of 20 of the 25 largest banks of
the Russian Federation (Sberbank, Tinkov, Alfa Bank, Rosbank, Raiffeisen, Rosselkhozbank, Unicredit
Bank), 28 IT companies, including the largest, such as Kaspersky, Yandex). I attracted information
sponsors HeadHunter and Kommersant Publishing, and the largest grant-giver of IT companies RFRIT.

I was in the leading role in organizing entrepreneurial events in 7 Russian towns (over 500 people offline

Company’s model: We take advantage of the inefficiency of the graduate recruitment market in Moscow
(as there were practically no working employment departments) to receive high profits.

We select and invite candidates via student leaders' organizations as well as individual recommendations.

Our strengths as compared to other recruiting agencies:
• We have a direct access to candidates of a required profession by using recruitment
recommendations (the best candidates do not respond to announcements published by public
sources, but rather follow recommendations of a college leader)
