GBot | C/C++, Lua, Docker Aug 2020 – May 2021
A fully-featured scriptable(Lua) certain MMO game-targeted bot written in C++ made mostly by
reverse engineering the target game's network protocols and player info handling.
Single-threaded, however running multiple instances of each bot is possible by periodic execution of
each bots script via a timer
Compiles and runs on Windows and Linux(both glibc and musl)
Can transfer data over network using a UDP socket client
Most of the internal functionality is exposed in Lua
Deploys/builds with Docker
GBot-server | Go, MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JS Aug 2021 – Oct 2021
GBot-server is a web panel primarily to manage and track bots' created via project progress and
activity.
Implemented a REST API + UDP REST-like(using no framework, just standard library) API in
Go to allow data transfer between the server and client.
Web-interface done with a low-code website builder(Bootstrap Studio), JS scripts written to
transfer data between API and the interface. Web-interface allows tracking the bots' progress live,
and make configuration changes on-the-fly.
Uses MongoDB to read/store bot account and other data.
GBot-Discord | Go, MongoDB Feb 2023 – Aug 2023
GBot-Discord is a Discord bot designed to sell digital products using in-game currency of a certain
game(using GBot).
Implemented a REST API in Go to and a separate microservice which acts as a UDP->HTTP
proxy to allow the GBot to send data back to the client.
The discord bot allows users to spend/transfer around their balance on digital products specified in
the config using slash commands. Information about product stock is updated live in the bots'
channel and status.
Includes a basic referral/discount system; log of the users' old orders which can be accessed using a
command.
Uses MongoDB to read/store/write user, order and product data.
