EXPERIENCE
Erasmus+ Europe. 2023 – ongoing.

This experience helped me become more open to people, other cultures, and lifestyles. After the Erasmus exchange,
it is easier for me to make friends with foreigners. Additionally, I learned how to adapt to new environments and
circumstances.

Erasmus+ project “The Cycle of Water”; Project "The street I need"; Project "DRAMLAB"; Project «Towards
Europe! Ecology and sustainable development»; Festival "Neues Europa"; Project "The Future of Europe".

2019 - 2023

These projects are the ones I participated in during the last few years. Primarily, they were about theater or ecology.
Through them, I learned how to express my thoughts confidently and how to collaborate with other people, even
when our opinions differ.

Hackathon “Hack4Education” - 2022

Students from different universities discussed and solved problems related to employee training.

Organization of volunteering camp (BUR - Build Ukraine Together) – 2021

In the summer of 2021, my friends and I organized a volunteering camp in my home village. Young people from
various regions of Ukraine, and even from another country, came to the camp. Together, we built a playground and
insulated the house.

COMPLETED RELEVANT COURSES
Financial accounting. During the course, I became familiar with fundamental accounting principles and learned how
to prepare balance sheets and income statements using Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, we worked with Sage 50
software during lectures, which provided a real accounting environment.

Business strategy simulation. This course is aimed at creating a real-world competitive environment using the
'Capsim' platform. During the course, our team has to make decisions for R&D, production, financial, and managerial
departments to keep our company competitive in the market. For me, the outcome of the learning was that I learned
how to work in a team where each person is responsible for a different department. We learned how to compare
competitors' cash flows and income statements, as well as how to forecast future production.

SKILLS
IT-related skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); use of search engines (Opera, Internet Explorer, Google
Chrome); email clients (Microsoft Outlook, Gmail); video editor (VSDC); Canva.

Languages: Ukrainian – native, Russian – C2, English – B2.

People skills: adaptability, communication, teamwork, open-mindedness, fast learning, time management,
responsibility.
