b) conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and regulatory changes.

6. Risk Management:

a) identify potential risks in the import process and develop mitigation strategies;

b) handle disputes and issues related to quality, delivery, and compliance.

7. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

a) analyze import data to track performance and identify areas for improvement;

b) prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on import activities, costs, and efficiencies.
