international humanitarian organisations (The Halo Trust, Humanity & Inclusion,
Norwegian People's Aid). Specialising in EORE and CPP programme management - from
building operations from scratch to leading 23 field teams simultaneously across multiple
conflict-affected oblasts of Ukraine. Experienced in SOP development, IMAS-aligned
training materials, Trainer-of-Trainers delivery, and coordination with Mine Action
Cluster, UN agencies, and local authorities.
