Figma Claude Vue Slack Jira Notion

Sole designer on the product — took over UI from the backend lead and moved it from ad-hoc
screens to a systematic, documented interface.
Built the design system from scratch: 500+ components, 150+ tokens on a two-tier
architecture (primitives → semantic), 253 icons, 18 type styles. Shipped as a live Vue
component library, not a Figma file.
Replaced static handoff with living coded documentation — interactive states and edge
cases (empty, overflow, error, disabled, indeterminate), so component behaviour is specified
rather than guessed by developers.
Build production pages directly from the component library and verify responsive behaviour;
frontend connects logic and data. Design-to-dev handoff largely disappeared as a separate
stage.
