2016-09 – 2017-08 Work as Journalist in online edition «Letters to the friends»
Responsibilities: writing articles, texts editing, articles translation from English into Ukrainian.
2017-04 – 2017-09: Work as Journalist in online edition «Kredens»
Responsibilities: writing articles, texts editing, articles translation from English into Ukrainian.
2018-10 – 2019-05: Work as Customer Service Specialist in WebHelp company in partnership with one of key clients, Norwegian Air Shuttle.
Responsibilities: work in booking department, customer support on all stages of their flight journey, technical assistance, assistance in planning, troubleshooting, upgrading the flight.

Responsibilities: assist passengers during flight, providing special attention to certain passengers, such as the elderly or disabled.
