I am a Junior Project Manager with a deep understanding of digital marketing and
hands-on experience coordinating projects for international audiences (Europe, Canada,
and the USA). My English is at a C1 level (IELTS), which allows me to handle
negotiations, written communication, and reporting without the need for intermediaries.
I am currently studying at Vistula University (Warsaw), majoring in Management and
Marketing, where I continue to develop skills in analytics, task control, and client
communication. I adapt quickly to any environment, approach goals with responsibility,
and stay focused on delivering real value to the company from day one.

I have a solid understanding of how the work flows — from assigning tasks to the team
to preparing reports for both clients and management.I make decisions quickly, think
critically, and dive into work without the need for a lengthy onboarding process. I know
how to organize workflows so the team stays on track and the client sees real results.

WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ Project Assistant, American company (Freckled Sky) (remote)
October 2024 – May 2025

➢ Maintained daily communication with clients from the US and Europe (in
English) via email, messengers, and Zoom, coordinating project needs and
status updates.
➢ Performed organizational and administrative tasks: prepared travel expense
reports, drafted meeting minutes, and coordinated timelines with contractors.
➢ Prepared weekly task status reports for the department manager, including KPI
analysis, risk identification, and recommendations for adjustments.
➢ Supported the team in streamlining and systematizing internal processes:
developed quality control checklist templates and standardized reporting
formats.
➢ Assisted in managing advertising materials on Facebook and Google Ads under
the guidance of the marketing specialist: set up campaigns, conducted basic
metric analysis (CTR, CPC), and made adjustments based on feedback.

❖ Digital Marketing Intern (Academic Project) September 2024 – December
2024
➢ Developed the concept for a test Facebook advertising campaign to attract
students to a free webinar.
➢ Set up local targeted audiences (ages 18–24, interests in “management and
marketing”), created A/B tests with different ad creatives, and analyzed the
results.
➢ Created monthly reports in Google Sheets with visualizations of key metrics:
reach, engagement, and cost per conversion.
