Designed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for feedback and complaint mechanisms to ensure accountability and
responsiveness to affected communities. Coordinated AAP focal points across multiple regions and facilitated cooperation with local
stakeholders to strengthen inclusive and needs-based programming. Lead the development of community engagement tools, including
printed and digital materials, to inform and empower project participants. Delivered 13 training sessions on AAP and protection principles to
169 staff and implementing partners, enhancing institutional capacity on safeguarding and beneficiary interaction. Conducted six focus group
discussions and multiple field monitoring visits to collect qualitative feedback from conflict-affected populations, including IDPs and vulnerable
groups. Analysed community feedback and collaborated with program teams to adjust vocational training and support interventions
accordingly. Actively promoted beneficiary participation and feedback culture in line with IOM’s Protection and AAP frameworks, ensuring that
vulnerable voices inform programming.
