I’ve always been someone who loves structure, clarity, and growth, and project management turned out to be the perfect fit. It combines everything I enjoy: planning, communication, and making things work better.

After working in the beauty industry as both a make-up artist and a salon administrator, I realized how much I enjoy organizing spaces, improving workflows, and helping teams run smoothly. That, along with studying management at university, inspired me to take a new direction and dive into IT. I stepped out of my comfort zone, joined the IAMPM course, and fully committed to becoming a Project Manager.

What I enjoy most is the planning part — whether it's organizing meetings, structuring tasks, or building out the flow of a project. I like working with tools like Jira and finding ways to automate and simplify processes for the whole team. For me, it’s not just about getting results — it’s about making the whole journey work well for everyone involved.

Thanks to both real-world experience and hands-on learning, I’ve gained solid skills in team coordination, communication, and adapting to different challenges. I’ve also learned how important stress resilience is when working with people and solving problems. I truly believe learning doesn’t stop with a course — it happens in every challenge, conversation, and new idea.

Outside of work, I’m a huge book lover! I’m part of a book club where we organize fun discussions and small trips together.
