PROKATAISYA Sharing Firm
Co-founder of an electric scooter rental startup in Ukraine, which
expanded from an initial fleet of 20 scooters to 100 units, serving
over 10 cities. Thanks to effective financial and operational
management, the company quickly became a successful franchise
in several regions. Main responsibilities:

Finance and Business Development: Organized financial operations,
including budgeting and financial forecasting to support
sustainable growth. Implemented financial planning and concluded
key partnership agreements, which contributed to the successful
expansion into different cities. Recruitment, Hiring and Team
Management: Managed the recruitment processes for physical and
virtual teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the franchise in
MYKHAILO each city. Optimized the hiring processes, which allowed for the
effective formation of teams for specific regions. Managed
distributed teams in different cities, ensuring consistency of actions
