WORK EXPERIENSE:

October 2022- till now –freelancer / maternity leave.
January 2019 – October 2022 – middle accountant Swiss IT company “Windmill”. I have been responsible for more
than120 Private Entrepreneurs (PEs).

I’m certificated Proadvisor in Intuit QuickBooks online. In 2022 I have passed exams.

My responsibilities in Quickbooks included:
- accounts receivable –work with customers-invoicing,
- accounts payable –work with bills, reconciliation with vendors,
- Running reports _ Balance Sheet/Profit & Loss.

Also I provided services for private entrepreneurs such as:
- Full cycle services for PEs- from registration to closing. Work mostly with 3-rd group of taxation, but also have
experience with general system of taxation. Income in foreign currency from abroad.
- payment-orders preparation of SSC/ST/LLC payment/Insurance for each PE;
- Invoices Preparation (in Wave).
- Filling in/submitting to tax office PE's quarter tax declarations
- Recording data of PE's income sums into Accounting Books (Excel files).
- Every day support of PEs.
- Working in Google Sheets, Excel.
Also, I check location cash expenses (4 locations).
Worked with co-working/subrental agreements, acceptance certificates signification, inventory assets tracking.

September 2018-January 2019 - Chief Economist of small and medium business -“Oshchadbank”. I worked with
products such as: daily operations -opening and keep tracking current accounts, lending, documentary operations,
deposits. Consultations on currency transactions.

April 2017-August 2018 – distributing wholesale company of building materials “Stat-bud” -sales consultant. I kept
tracking Donetsk and Chernihiv region.

December 2011- March 2017 -Commercial bank _Ukrsibbank, a part of BNP Paribas Group finance consultant. I had
worked with individuals and medium enterprises. Duties: day-to day banking, money transfers, bank accounts, saving,
current, overdrafts, deposits, individual safe boxes, payment cards service.

December 2011- March 2017 -Insurance company “AXA Insurance” and “Cardiff Insurance” – insurance agent. CASCO
program, travel insurance, property insurance, accident insurance.
