Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Oleksandr Yakushchenko and I would very much appreciate an opportunity to become a
member of your team.

During the latest 12 years of my career, till the middle of December 2024, I was employed as
Administration Executive at CCS TRADE DMCC, a raw materials trading company based in Dubai,
U.A.E. The company’s business has been focused in supplies of metal ores, solid fuels to respective
consuming industries, steel products and grain.
For me, these years in the U.A.E have been a time of gaining more experience in administering
running operation of the company, specifically, staff management, obtaining visas – both UAE
Residence/Employment, and for travels outside the UAE, business intelligence including checking
international sanctions lists, documents’ attestation services at foreign embassies/consulates
accredited in the UAE, UAE authorities (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of
Finance, Dubai Customs), liaison with insurance companies, paralegal functions and, from time to
time, contacting law firms and institutions, insurance companies.
Travel arrangements for the company management and from time to time for their families have also
been my responsibility, inclusive of complex multiple stop-over itineraries via locations in Europe and
Asia.
By my education, I am a translator/interpreter for English/Russian/Ukrainian, with my second foreign
language German. Additionally, I mastered Polish myself.

Now I am relocated back to Europe, specifically to Kraków, Poland. I have a Polish residence permit
under family reunification procedure with EU permanent resident family member.
I’d assume from my current location I have better logistics to my perspective job
