EXPERIENCE
FAYNI LYODU: 04/2025 – 10/2025
I managed the full process of launching an ice cream franchise location in Dnipro. I oversaw operations across seven locations, including six outdoor points and one stationary store. My responsibilities included controlling payments, rent, and utility expenses, as well as managing CashFlow, P&L, and all cash and non-cash transactions.
I collaborated closely with accounting, including transferring the business from one sole proprietorship (FOP) to another. I set up cash registers, keepers, POS terminals, and worked extensively with the Poster POS system. I communicated with municipal services and fully controlled rental dates for all locations. I supervised the entire installation process of new points.
Additionally, I handled full inventory and warehouse management using the BAS warehouse system, processed all invoices, and reconciled data with Poster. I was responsible for receiving supplies, preparing orders (household goods, ice cream, etc.), and ensuring smooth operational flow.

My duties also included hiring staff, creating complete training and onboarding plans from zero to full readiness, scheduling employees, and managing a team of more than 15 people.
