Work experience
For the past year I have been working on an American casino project. Main work
was testing FE and BE tasks on mobile and desktop, investigated request from
customer support (Zendesk). There were 2 releases per week where run
regressions and smoke testing in production and test environments. Also engaged
03/2023 – 10/2024 in testing and monitoring analytics - (GA4, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat,
Patrianna Bloomreach, Clarity, Yahoo, Google Ads, AdCash).
Was engaged in writing tests and checklists, conducted onboarding for
newcomers. I used dev tools, console, network, Kibana and Graphana for testing
and research (reading logs, monitoring analytics, monitoring payments and game
providers). Writing simple queries in PostgresSQL. Performed API testing using
Postman for technical user stories: created and validated REST API requests (GET,
POST, PUT, DELETE), verified JSON responses, status codes and error handling.
Used Postman collections to organize and reuse test cases. Involved in planning,
evaluation, maintenance, retro and demo. Working with various payment providers
and fraud systems (Seon , Twilio, Jumio ). Working with live chat and chatbot.

I was worked on two projects. At first It was an e-commerce project. The project
had about 200 people, so I have excellent communication skills.
10/2019 – 02/2023 I mostly did stories (testing, analysis, estimation) deploys, tasks, and bugs - sprint
EPAM System work. Use different mobile devices for mobile testing (real and virtual).
The second project I am currently working on is also an e-commerce project.
Project based on Demandware - create coupons, config product etc. I test stories,
tasks, create and re-check bugs. I test on macOS, iOS and Android. I am engaged in
smoke testing with each release on prod (every 2 weeks), as well as regressions
before the deployment of certain features on prod. I write test cases in Gherkin
format.
I used on projects - Jira, Confluence, qTest, Postman, Jenkins, Hybris, Demandware,
Adyen, Invision, Forter, Google Analytics, AEM
