Results

As a result of the development of a new web interface for the office for
fleet administrators, a positive response was received from the increase
in the efficiency of fleet employees and the help desk. An important step
was the development of the smart chat interface as an additional
feature of the application, which, due to its success, has grown into a
separate project, which is now provided on a Saas subscription basis.
The number of active users of the mobile application both on Android

due to an uncomfortable interface has decreased, which was often
