• Automated "Weekly Snapshot" Marketing Report Generator
The Challenge:
The marketing team was running dozens of cold email campaigns via Smartlead.ai. Every week, they wasted hours manually logging into the dashboard, copying stats (Open Rates, Reply Rates), and taking screenshots of lead replies to compile a "Weekly Snapshot" for the CEO. They needed a zero-touch solution that would deliver a beautiful, readable PDF report directly to their inbox every Monday.

The Solution:
I built a Reporting Engine in n8n that acts as an automated data analyst. It connects to the Smartlead API, aggregates disparate data points (campaign performance + individual lead replies), formats them into a styled HTML template, converts that to a PDF, and emails it automatically.

Key Features:
Dual-Stream Data Aggregation: The workflow splits into two parallel processing branches:

Macro-Level Analysis: Fetches "All Campaigns" data to calculate high-level metrics like Sent, Open Rate, and Reply Rate.

Micro-Level Analysis: Iterates through individual campaigns to fetch specific "Replied" leads, cleaning up their email history to show only the most relevant response.

Advanced HTML/CSS Generation: Instead of sending raw text, I wrote a JavaScript node that dynamically generates a responsive HTML page. It includes custom CSS for:

Status Badges: Color-coded tags (e.g., Green for "ACTIVE", Blue for "COMPLETED").

Clean Tables: Formatted columns for easy readability.

Sanitized Inputs: Regex logic to strip messy HTML tags from email bodies so the report looks clean.

PDF Conversion Pipeline: Integrated the PDF Generator API to render the dynamic HTML into a professional A4 PDF document (Weekly Snapshot.pdf) with proper headers and timestamps.

Error-Resilient Logic: The workflow handles edge cases—if a campaign has no data or a lead has no reply history, it inserts fallback text ("No data found") rather than crashing the report.

The Result:
Automated Accountability: The executive team now receives a consistent, error-free report every Monday at 5 PM without anyone lifting a finger.

Data Visibility: By highlighting "Replied Messages" directly in the PDF, the team can instantly spot hot leads without logging into the CRM.

Time Savings: Reclaimed ~3 hours of manual reporting work per week.

Tools Used: n8n, Smartlead API, JavaScript (HTML/CSS generation), PDF Generator API, Gmail API.

• Automated Document Organization System: Intelligent Gmail to Google Drive Archiving
The client was manually downloading attachments (invoices, receipts, reports) from Gmail and uploading them to Google Drive. They struggled to keep files organized, often losing track of which documents came from which sender, wasting hours every week on manual data entry.

I engineered a custom n8n workflow that completely automates this process. Unlike simple automations, this workflow includes logic to dynamically organize files based on the sender's identity.

Key Features:
Dynamic Folder Management: The system automatically scans Google Drive to check if a folder for the specific sender already exists.

If yes: It uploads the file there.

If no: It automatically creates a new named folder before uploading.

Multi-Attachment Handling: Utilized SplitOut and Loop nodes to ensure that if an email contains 5 different attachments, every single one is processed and saved individually.

Binary Data Processing: distinct parallel processing branches to separate file metadata from folder logic, ensuring high reliability.

The Result:
100% Automation: The client no longer touches email attachments.

Structured Data: Files are perfectly organized by Sender Name automatically.

Scalability: The workflow handles high volumes of incoming emails without errors.

• AI-Powered Private Equity Analyst
I engineered an Autonomous Research Agent Swarm in n8n. Instead of a simple chatbot, this workflow acts as a team of analysts. It utilizes a multi-model architecture where specific LLMs handle specific cognitive tasks—planning, searching, writing, and charting—to produce a professional PDF report.

The Result:
95% Time Reduction: A task that took a junior analyst 4 hours is now completed in 3 minutes.

Standardized Output: Every report follows the exact same 17-point structure (Business Model, Sales Splits, Unit Economics, etc.).

Visual Financials: Automatic generation of trend lines for Sales vs. EBITDA and pie charts for geographic splits.

I engineered an intelligent AI Agent using n8n and LangChain that functions as a Tier-1 support representative. Unlike basic chatbots that use simple keyword matching, this agent uses an LLM (Large Language Model) to understand user intent and execute complex database lookups in real-time.

Key Features:
AI Intent Classification (LangChain): I implemented a Text Classifier node powered by OpenAI. It analyzes the incoming message to determine if the user is asking for a specific order status, a summary of all orders, or just saying "Hello."

Dynamic SQL Querying: Based on the AI's decision, the workflow routes to specific MSSQL nodes. It executes complex JOIN queries across Orders, ShopOwners, and SystemUsers tables to retrieve accurate data.

Multi-Parameter Lookup: The bot is smart enough to find orders using different identifiers. It can search by:

Order ID (e.g., "Check status of PS12345")

Email Address (e.g., "Show orders for [відкрити контакти](див. вище в блоці «контактна інформація»)")

Phone Number (Automatic detection of the sender's WhatsApp number)

Smart Formatting: Returns beautifully formatted WhatsApp messages with status emojis (✅, 🚚, ⏳), financial values, and relative dates (e.g., "Shipped 2 days ago").

The Result:
24/7 Availability: Customers get instant status updates at any time of day.

Support Ticket Reduction: The agent handles 100% of routine status checks, allowing human agents to focus on complex issues.

Zero Latency: Database lookups happen in milliseconds, providing a seamless chat experience.

• Automated generation of multilingual product identifiers for e-commerce
(Significant Cost Reduction: Reduced Estimated Monthly Costs from ~$600 to ~$70. Speed Improvement: Reduced Average Batch Processing Time from ~6 minutes to ~30 seconds. Accuracy and Compliance Improvements: Ensuring 100% compliance with strict 34-character limit and format requirements. Reliability: Successfully processing products with a variety of data quality issues.)

(The client wanted to simply put a CSV file with the correct product prices to update the prices of all variants of that product in the MSSQL database. Unfortunately, he didn't have the ability to provide me with the credentials to automate everything from step 1.)

• A personalized AI assistant for a multi-location franchise
(This project is a sophisticated multi-tenant AI-based recommendation assistant designed for a multi-store franchise. The system is delivered via a web chat interface where customers are immediately directed to an AI assistant for their specific location.)

• Multi-location system with artificial intelligence for the retail network
(This project involved building a comple,x multi-tenant AI-powered system for a network of retail outlets designed to automate conversations with customers and provide personalized product recommendations. The entire system was orchestrated using n8n, integrating multiple services to create a seamless and scalable customer experience via WhatsApp.
The main task was to manage several individual retail points (tenants) through a single Twilio number on WhatsApp. This was solved by implementing a robust identification and routing system.)

• CRM automation in Monday
(The client wanted to automate email capture and move all operations into one CRM without manual operations, and keep all contact details in one place as per ISO requirements). I provided: automatic email parsing, a classification system, files stored on G Drive in the contacts folder, and inside CRM with EZ Access. In addition, the system knows what type of email it receives and automatically moves the opportunity from stage to stage. I also automated the notification system for both the client and his contacts. I also provided the client with an analytics dashboard inside the CRM.
