• Built and shipped CoreDesk from zero to production, a multi-tenant AI workspace platform serving SMEs and
independent professionals internationally. Live on Hetzner Cloud with EU data residency, JWT auth with role-based
middleware, and full audit logging.
• Shipped four production AI agents (Email, Invoice, Content, Assistant) plus a Governance Auditor that scores each agent
out of 100, maps it to five regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, PDPA, UK GDPR), and auto-generates
privacy notices, AI use policies, and obligation reports, making every workspace compliant by default.
• Launched in six languages from day one (NL, EN, FR, RU, ES, PT) on a workspace-scoped multi-tenant architecture, with
Supabase Row Level Security enforcing tenant isolation at the database layer, not just the application layer.
• Delivered the full stack single-handed: Next.js 16 and TypeScript frontend, FastAPI and Python 3.11 backend,

• Architected and governed a nine-agent production AI system end to end, from first architecture diagram to a working
production pipeline.
• Designed a governed knowledge layer (two major versions, 31 structured files) and introduced Graph-Augmented
Generation alongside RAG, giving every agent context-precise, IP-defensible outputs through a two-layer access model
(read-only for agents, write-restricted librarian).
• Stood up the EU AI Act compliance program ahead of the August 2026 NL/RDI deadline: built the full AI Register across
the stack (risk classification, data-processing scope, vendor exposure, compliance status) and defined agent-action-level
audit-trail requirements.
• Specified and drove a core production agent to roughly 75% pipeline completion at handover (decision logic, human-in-
the-loop output schema, multi-speaker detection, uncertainty handling), replacing a manual Excel review step with a
browser-based review UI.
• Built human oversight in by design: a human-in-the-loop review layer (per-segment approve, reject, override, feedback)
with sub-0.7-confidence outputs auto-flagged and recurring overrides surfaced as brief-update suggestions.
• Led a distributed three-person engineering team (Netherlands and Eastern Europe) through weekly briefs, daily logs, a
