Lead a team of up to 21 Data Analysts and Data Scientists across EMEA, US&C and Global Operations, and own delivery
against SLA and KPI commitments.
Review team progress and deadlines, monitor task execution and keep commitments on scope and timelines.
Coordinate work with data engineers and other functions, managing dependencies between teams and workstreams.
Run capacity planning, scheduling and workload tracking across regions, and report status in weekly and monthly reviews.
Own the full people cycle: recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews and career development plans.

Process Optimization Specialist (Project Delivery) | Uber (Regional Operations Team) Apr 2024 – Feb 2025
Managed two concurrent projects end to end, from initiation to delivery, for two Uber business lines.
Led the Auto Adjudication project, designing rules and segments that automated manual work and cut processing time.
Built the delivery process behind the work: designed and improved workflows with SQL and internal systems, and wrote and
maintained SOPs as requirements changed.
Managed timelines, priorities, task delegation and status reporting in Jira and internal dashboards.
