Supporting Statement

I have over 2 years of experience working in Accounts Receivable and customer support, mainly with U.S.based clients in the real estate industry. In my current role, I handle everything from payment issues and account balances to more complex cases that require coordination with property managers and other teams. I’m used to taking full ownership of my tasks and making sure things don’t get lost or delayed.
Before that, I had experience in legal support, administration, and working with international partners, which helped me build strong communication and organizational skills. I’m comfortable working both independently and in a team, and I adapt quickly when things change or get busy.
I’m someone who pays attention to details, but also tries to see the bigger picture not just solving issues, but understanding why they and how to improve the process.

Right now, I’m looking to grow into roles like Project Management, Operations, Support Specialist or Analyst positions, where I can take on more responsibility, work with processes, and have a bigger impact on how things are organised and improved.
