registration, trial start, and first payment. The goal was to identify drop-off points, calculate conversion rates, and support
product decisions with actionable insights.
My tasks: Processed and structured raw event-level data containing timestamps and user actions. Built a dual-axis
monthly chart combining registration volumes with delayed trial conversion metrics. Designed a full-funnel chart
visualizing absolute counts and conversion percentages between user stages.
Result: Delivered a clean, insightful dashboard published on Tableau Public. Helped stakeholders clearly understand
conversion bottlenecks and behavior trends. Provided a scalable template for future cohort or retention analysis.
 Marketing Campaign Performance Dashboard in Looker Studio

Tools: Google Looker Studio, PostgreSQL
Description: Designed an interactive marketing analytics dashboard using Google Looker Studio, based on data
retrieved from a PostgreSQL database via a custom SQL query. The goal was to analyze ad campaign
effectiveness and key performance metrics across different campaigns and time periods.
My tasks: Connected Looker Studio to PostgreSQL. Built three key visualizations:
Dual-axis combo chart with ad display date (by month) on the X-axis, plotting Ad Spend and ROMI on separate
Y-axes.
Line chart showing the number of active campaigns per month.
Heatmap table with campaign names as and key metrics (Ad Spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROMI).
Applied dynamic filters for campaign name and ad display date to allow flexible exploration by stakeholders.
Result: Delivered a clear, actionable marketing dashboard that highlights both budget efficiency and performance
ROI. Enabled data-driven decisions for campaign optimization based on real-time trends and key cost-efficiency
metrics. Developed a reusable template for future campaign-level performance tracking.
