Within five months of joining the company, I was promoted to the HOS
Manager role, where I poured my time and soul into growing the department
from the ground up. I took full responsibility for organizing the HOS team,
hiring new team members, training them, and creating comprehensive training
manuals. I spearheaded the transition to finding a new ELD provider and
implemented systems across multiple platforms like Samsara, CT ELD,
