Final-year Finance and Law student at Masaryk University, graduating 2026, specialising in Czech and European tax and financial law. Able to interpret and apply Czech tax legislation: the Tax Code, tax administration procedure, and to trace how EU directives and regulations feed into Czech tax law. Comfortable in researching tax questions within Czech legislation and preparing, proofreading and editing tax and legal documentation in Czech and English (both C1).

COMPETITIONS
EY Audit Challenge:
05.2026
• Took part in EY's audit case study competition. Was a team lead of a team of 3 people, which placed 4th out of 12 teams. Conducted the financial and legal analysis of the case, combining financial reasoning with legal assessment.
Law case competition:
02.2026
• Analyzed and solved practical cases under Czech commercial and competition law applying the relevant statutes to concrete fact patterns and developing reasoned legal solutions. Placed 3rd out of 10 participants.
Projects
Bachelor's thesis: EU–Switzerland bilateral agreements (focus on electricity agreement):
• Conducted independent legal and regulatory research on EU–Switzerland relations with a specific focus on energy market, working directly with EU primary sources and interpreting how the new bilateral agreements will work. Calculated and estimated the economic effects using machine-learning models on seven years of data. Successfully defended in June 2026.
