Head of Business Development & Growth, TransferNow — Warsaw, Poland May 2023 – Present
Launched BLIK payment acceptance from scratch at this ~50-person fintech, onboarding the first merchants
and building a digital lead-generation funnel (website + performance marketing) for SME acquisition.
Grew BLIK transaction volume from zero to ~300K PLN, scaling toward a ~5M PLN target under the current
growth strategy.
Leading the rollout of Visa and Mastercard card issuing and acquiring programs (in progress).

Led the bank's transactional and e-commerce acquiring business — a key growth driver as bank assets grew
~90% to UAH 3.8B during tenure; managed a team of up to 50 plus cross-functional project groups.
Launched internet (e-commerce) acquiring and card issuing/processing following Visa and Mastercard principal

Built a processing center from scratch serving 4 banks across Ukraine, Central Asia, and the Middle East,
processing tens of thousands of transactions per hour; led an organization of ~50.
Secured Visa and Mastercard principal membership, completing certifications in 8 months (Mastercard) and
12 months (Visa); achieved PCI DSS certification and passed regular Visa/Mastercard audits.
Built the Card Business Department from zero to a portfolio of 100K+ issued cards.
Launched ConcordPay (incl. Apple Pay & Google Pay) and proprietary mobile/internet acquiring, serving
merchants with UAH 5M+ monthly turnover.
