I turn ad-hoc teaching operations into repeatable systems. • Own monthly retention, churn, and satisfaction reporting for the school's General English course line (100+ students), turning raw feedback into curriculum and process decisions.
• Analyze learner feedback to identify drop-off patterns and shape retention initiatives.
• Independently plan and deliver online and offline webinars and live sessions for current and prospective students.

• Directly manage and develop a 10+ person teaching team (20+ across total tenure) — full cycle from hiring through day-to-day coaching.
• Designed the "Perfect Teacher" quality framework — pre-lesson planning, in-class delivery, and post-lesson follow-up — now the team's standard evaluation model.
• Review lesson recordings on a weekly/bi-weekly cycle and run structured 1:1 feedback sessions with written development plans.
• Built the teacher onboarding pipeline end-to-end (application → first lesson), including a self-recorded methodology course used for all new-hire training.
• Run full-cycle hiring (sourcing, interviewing, decisions); select and support team leads, tracking team performance monthly.
