teaching into building the systems behind the teaching: a teacher quality framework, an onboarding pipeline, and the
product-side metrics for a course used by 100+ students. I mentor and manage teaching teams, design curriculum

• Own monthly tracking of retention, churn, and satisfaction metrics for the school's General English course line,
feeding findings back into curriculum and process decisions.
