Summary
I am a QA Engineer with experience in manual testing. I have a strong understanding of SDLC,
STLC, testing levels and types, test design techniques, Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
methodologies. In my work, I use TestRail, Jira, DevTools, Postman, and SQL. Before joining the
tech field, I was a journalist and copywriter. This background gave me experience working with
people, handling deadlines, and writing clear, easy-to-read bug reports that save developers
